Are you looking to lease commercial space or do you have a lease that is coming up for renewal? Our experts will discuss current market conditions, walk you through the process from site selection to lease signing, and outline what you need to know to successfully negotiate the legal and business terms of a lease for your small business space. Present by David Lupton (Associate Broker at The Ezra Company) and Bryan Short, Esq. (Partner at Montgomery Fazzone PLLC). Please arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes late you will not be able to attend the class. ** This workshop is made possible by the generous contribution of time and expertise by a CBP volunteer. Please respect our volunteer's time by arriving on time. If you are unable to attend the class, please notify us promptly. Refunds will be made in accordance with our published cancellation policy. ** CANCELLATION POLICY: *Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016. -Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee. -Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment. -Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
