NEW: This workshop is designed for small business owners who wish to improve their ability to create value at the negotiating table learn a few negotiation tools and techniques. By participating in this workshop, you will: • Acquire a systematic framework for understanding negotiation • Understand your BATNA (best alternative to a negotiated agreement) to gain a better understanding of your options • Learn how to expand the size of the pie by creating value in negotiations This class is taught by Ingar Grev. Ingar is a multi-industry, multi-disciplinary leader and growth coach who has improved operations in a number of businesses as a manager and as a consultant. Ingar has also held a variety of positions in companies, both large and small, as interim CEO, sales development director, and director of operations. Ingar brings his vast experience to the workshop to help you learn of few essential negotiation techniques.
