NEW: SBDC So You Think You Want to Write a Book? Has anyone ever told you that you need to write a book to promote your business? Or you have felt for years that "you had a book in you? How do you get that book out of your head and into the hands of readers? Glad you asked because that's what you and book author, Juli Monroe, are going to talk about! In this class, you will learn: • Simple strategies to write your book • Tactics for marketing your book • How to work with an editor • To publish yourself or with a publisher?--that is the question • How to take control of your writing career! Examples from both fiction and non-fiction will be used so feel free to attend if you want to write either...or both! Please arrive on time for CBP classes and events. CANCELLATION POLICY: *Please review carefully for our cancellation policy has changed as of January 1, 2016. -Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee. -Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment. -Participants wishing to receive a refund and have cancelled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
