Leadership Basics - Mastering the Business of the People in Your Business: The key to improving and growing is understanding how you operate, your personality and your strengths. In this workshop we will cover Big Five for the Workplace. We will talk about techniques for recognizing the red flags that can derail you and capitalizing on your strengths. We will talk about working with individuals who are different from us and tap into Emotional Intelligence. Upon completing the class, you will have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a professional business counselor in our office.
