Getting the Most Out of Your Target Marketing Area

May

2014
Tue 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Topic: Marketing and Sales

This will be a hands on workshop aimed at analyzing your customer base, uncovering the demographic profile of your most profitable customers, and identifying over-performing and under-performing parts of your trade area. It is most applicable for retail companies, but there are some applications for manufacturers as well. The results are best used in locating sites for new stores or relocation sites for existing stores; and the results are helpful in identifying geographic areas for target marketing in order to drive sales. (Tom Reilly teaches Marketing at Virginia Tech, and has worked for two Fortune 500 Companies as a Director of Research. The techniques covered in the workshop are used by large companies to understand their customer base.)
