Joe DiStefano first served on the REDCO Board of Directors for six years before joining the company as President in 2015. Prior to joining REDCO, Joe served as Senior Vice President & Market Executive for a regional commercial bank, primarily engaged in C&I lending, to include SBA-related financing to local counties. Joe also served 10 years in the U.S. Army, on both active duty and in the reserve. In his last military role, he served as an infantry team leader during Operation Enduring Freedom and was deployed to Afghanistan for 14 months.
