September 22 Event:  High Impact Marketing Strategies - Focusing on Customer Empathy to Grow Your Business

Reaching your target audiences on a personalized basis can be challenging, but shifting your focus to marketing activities that prioritize empathy and help you understand your customers/clients' experiences and needs, will help you engage your audience, build and nurture relationships and keep your brand top of mind.  Ask yourself – What are the customer pain points?  What if?  What works?

In this month’s ProTip Tuesday, Bunmi Adeeko Collins, Designer & Owner, StickyNote Creative, LLC, will discuss the use of design thinking as an agile approach to empower businesses to establish high impact marketing strategies to move the needle on business growth.

Bunmi Adeeko Collins is an experienced graphic designer and the owner of StickyNote Creative, LLC.  She is known for providing trustworthy guidance and first-class graphic design for small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits.  Having spent most of her 15+ year career working in-house as a graphic design and marketing professional while cultivating freelance work on the side, Bunmi officially launched StickyNote Creative in 2018.

In 2019, she made the career pivot to become a full-time independent graphic designer. Specializing in the design of print communications and marketing collateral, as well as small business branding and visual identities, she seeks to help businesses and organizations amplify their marketing through quality design and grow their reach by serving as an extension of their team. Bunmi is a graduate of Texas State University-San Marcos with a BFA in Communication Design, holds a masters degree in Strategic Design & Management from The New School Parsons School of Design and has earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer CPSM) designation through the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
