Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset

-Designed to help prepare you for the journey of launching and running a successful business from the perspective of how to think differently than an employee.

-Insights from research on what separates successful business owners from everyone else.

-Interactive session where you will have opportunity to ask questions, have your thinking -provoked and learn from best practices in this area.

-Less about mechanics of starting a business and more successful owners approach starting and running a business enterprise.

This workshop will be online via Zoom. Attendees will receive a link post registration, as well as a reminder two days before the event.

This session will be recorded for record-keeping, quality assurance, and training purposes

The session will be facilitated by Gus Iurillo, a career coach who specializes in helping folks launch their own business and has helped over 350 people to do so, over the last 19 years. Much of this presentation is drawn from a course he taught on this topic at the University of Richmond. Prior to launching his own successful coaching practice, Mr. Iurillo held senior marketing roles at Capital One, Coca-Cola and Colgate Palmolive.
