Leading Thru Crisis: Battling Distractions

Crisis is a major distraction for leaders as it causes a loss of traction. Leaders often experience mind wandering, negative thinking, and/or uncertain anxiety. Even if you aren't experiencing these distractions, it is critical to acknowledge the way in which they may be affecting those around you. In this session, we will discuss strategies to battle those distractions and maintain focus during a time of crisis.
