  • Checking Account basics( what documentation is needed and why)
  • Payroll principals
  • Human resources (legal/immigration/SSNs, Subcontractors versus employees)
  • Basic Financial Recordkeeping (classifying expenses, owner/employee payments, taxes)
  • Business loan application documents required for loans
