An FBI presenter will focus on the following topics and answer questions from participants:

Being able to freely and safely communicate with employees, customers and suppliers is essential in today’s marketplace. Email is a convenient and necessary tool for small business owners to reach their intended audience. Unfortunately, it is also vulnerable to compromise and your business is vulnerable to exploitation. This seminar provides an overview of different types of means criminals use to achieve compromise and offers ways small business owners can protect themselves.

Presented by the FBI Norfolk Outreach Team in collaboration with the SBDC of Hampton Roads and virtually hosted by the Virginia SBDC
