  • Dr. Teresa Piliouras - CEO and Founder, Technical Consulting & Research, Inc. Dr. Teresa Piliouras, is CEO and founder of TCR, Inc., a cybersecurity and IT consulting company. TCR helps small to big companies implement cyber security practices. We specialize in helping companies that need to comply with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC requirements. We offer state-of-the-art online cybersecurity training to prove compliance. Previously, she held senior management and technical positions at Accenture, Boehringer Ingelheim, PepsiCo, and Pitney Bowes, and was a professor of Computer Science and Management of Technology at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and a visiting Professor of Computer Science at Iona College. She has a BS from the University of Illinois, a MBA from Iona College, and a PhD from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. She has authored many textbooks, peer-reviewed articles, and industry publications, and holds numerous patents relating to cybersecurity.
