Description:

In the 2025 B2G environment, Government Contractors are facing greater challenges to protect their existing contracts and win bids for new contracts. With a smaller pool of Federal contracts and a highly competitive market, small businesses require a strategic approach to leverage GovCon Resources.

Join the Mason SBDC and the Town of Herndon on Monday, October 27th, from 12 PM-2 PM at Office Evolution, Herndon, as they present a workshop on Repositioning for Government Contractors with lead Presenters and Entrepreneurs, Monica Delaney-Teran, Krystn Macomber, and Justin Siken. Lunch will be provided.

Geared towards established GovCon businesses (2 years and older), the session will focus on:

  • Strengthening your competitive positioning in a shrinking federal market
  • Aligning BD, capture, and proposal strategies to today’s buyer expectations
  • Leveraging resources and partnerships to expand your pipeline

Only 35 seats, register to save your spot!
