Description
Entrepreneurship demands the courage to take risks, yet not all risks are created equal. As entrepreneurs, your ability to regulate emotions directly impacts the quality of your business decisions and outcomes. This session explores how entrepreneurs can ‘sleep with snakes’ by operating confidently alongside uncertainty, pressure, and calculated risk and without being driven by fear. Participants will learn practical tools to stay grounded, think clearly under pressure, and smart risk taking. They will leave with a framework for emotional regulation, a clearer lens for evaluating risk, and actionable techniques they can apply in moments that matter most.
