And you can learn about some of them in this session with an expert from the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority. Hear case studies and learn how their loan guarantee program and cash collateral program could be the perfect option to help your business get the funds it needs to expand and grow in 2022!

Location, Location, Location: How to know if a space is a good fit for your business

When it’s time to find a location for your small business, whether it’s a move or your first physical space, location is a key factor. But how do you know if a specific location will really be good for YOUR business. How do you sift through the information provided by agents, owners and brokers to determine if a spot is really the best fit for your business. Join a seasoned Commercial Leasing expert to get the inside scoop. This could make a huge difference if you’re opening a location or moving a business this year.

Is This The New Normal?: Lessons from 3 Loudoun Business Owners

How has the last 2 years affected your business? Are you moving back to past processes, or are there new ways of doing things that will extend well beyond COVID?
