Speaker(s): Don Jacubec, Regional Lending Manager VSBFA A Regional Lending Manager (RLM) for the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA) for approximately three years, providing Banks, Community Development Financial Institutions, Virginia Economic Development Authorities with the VSFBFA Guaranty Programs or Direct Loans to their Borrowers in order to mitigate their credit risk associated with their loans. Other direct lending programs have also been utilized by the RLM to provide small businesses (Microloan) and child care centers (Child Care Center Financing Program) with access to credit. Don was a 35+ year experienced C&I and commercial real estate relationship manager with some of the larger regional banks prior to joining the VSBFA. He’s had broad experience in the financial services industry including many aspects of lending, financing and management.
