In this interactive workshop, Matt Whitaker of Clear Rock M&A Advisors will walk you through many of the key elements of preparing and executing the sale. As time allows, Matt will cover the following subjects: • Valuation – What’s your business worth today? • Value Drivers and Sellability – What are the key factors that can make my business worth more? • When do I sell and what are my options? How business owners know when it’s time…. • The mechanics of the sales process • What kind of offer will I get? You will leave the workshop with a solid overview of the process that will guide your future moves as a business owner. This class is at TeqCorner. SPEAKER BIO: Matt Whitaker is a Director at Clear Rock M&A Advisors, where he works with business owners in the lower middle market and assists them with selling, buying, and valuations. Matt is also currently the owner of Intelligent Office of Alexandria. Prior to that, Matt, founded, grew, and sold Smart Payment Solutions, a payment processing company. Matt has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and has chaired the Booth DC Entrepreneur’s Advisory Group since 2002. Please arrive on time.
