Who Should Take this Class: *New and existing small business owners who are looking to launch, pivot or take their business to new levels *Makers of physical products, including food makers ~An application is required for consideration. About the Workshop: This five week program will focus on the Lean Startup Method. *Generate a sustainable business model or find out whether you have a market ready product *The Business Model Canvas *Value Proposition *Custom Discovery *Product Market Fit *Customer Validation *How to Conduct Customer Interviews *Elevator Pitch Presentations *Key Resources and Metrics *Cost & Revenue Streams IMPORTANT DATES: (Please arrive on time for CBP classes and events. Arriving 30+ minutes late may jeopardize your entry into the class or event. Please call or email as soon as possible if you are going to be late.) *Saturday, April 1st: 9:30 am —3:30 pm (mandatory) *Thursdays 4:00 pm—7:00 pm: April 6th April 13th April 20th April 27th May 4th Series Cost: $300. The price includes class instruction, guest speakers, class handouts, light refreshments, and pitching session. ~An application is required for consideration. Sign-up to receive the application. ~Important: Once approved full payment is due within 48 hours of approval. CANCELLATION POLICY Lean Startup Workshop Series: -Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee. -Participants who have paid for the series and do not cancel at least two (2) weeks in advance, will forfeit their entire payment. No transfers. -Participants wishing to receive a refund will be charged a 10% administrative fee. -Participants will not receive a refund until after the conclusion of the first class. ** This workshop is made possible by the generous contribution of time and expertise by a CBP volunteer business experts. Please respect our volunteer's time by arriving on time. If you are unable to attend, please notify us promptly. Speakers: Gisele, the SBDC Director at the CBP, will lead the workshop series, with a team of other instructors with a range of expertise. Gisele brings her diverse experience in banking, consulting and working with startups, small businesses and large corporations to help CBP clients grow.
