NEW: 8 Essentials for Successful Growth Planning - Are you a small business owner who’s looking to grow your small business? Do you need clarity about what that actually looks like for you and your business? Before jumping into the growth process with no direction, there are a number of crucial factors for every small business owner to consider. This foundational workshop provides attendees with an in-depth look at what you need to know about effective strategic planning for business growth to navigate the process with clarity and confidence. What’s in it for YOU (and your business)? Session attendees will be able to: • Define business growth, and recognize signs and triggers for growth. • Identify suitable paths for your business. • Apply the eight essentials of successful growth planning to their own business growth efforts. Who will benefit from attending this workshop? • Existing small business owners and entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses. • Anyone interested or invested in business growth planning (i.e. team members, stakeholders, executives, etc.). Please arrive on time for CBP classes and events. Arriving 30+ minutes late may jeopardize your entry into the class or event. Please call or email as soon as possible if you are going to be late.
