2018
Fri 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Topic: Marketing and Sales

NEW SERIES: Where do you want your business to be in 2019, and how do you plan to get there? As we enter the last quarter of the year, it’s time to start thinking about the answers to these questions but more importantly, it's time to start planning! In this new four-part group coaching series, master strategist Cachet Prescott will help small business owners tackle the strategic planning process and give them a jump start into planning for the new year. Each session will be action-oriented (with attendees actively working on their respective strategic plans for during the sessions) so come prepared to work. ~~~~IMPORTANT: We highly suggest signing up for and attending all four sessions (since we build on your strategic plan with each session) to get the most impact out of this group coaching. You can't attend sessions III & VI, without attending the first two sessions, sessions I & II. Keep in mind that space is limited, and you must sign up for each session separately. III. November 16: Strategic Planning Meet Up – How Do You Plan to Get There? After learning solidifying where you want your business to be in 2019 in session 2, it’s time to put plans in place for making that happen through goal setting. From reverse engineering to creating SMART goals, attendees will put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) to put their goals in writing. VI. November 30: Strategic Planning Meet Up – Open Group Coaching Session The final day of our Strategic Planning Meet Up series will be an open group coaching session to get clarity or help on the previously discussed topics and get and/or feedback from the facilitator and other attendees. Only open to attendees from the previous sessions. Please arrive on time for CBP classes and events. Arriving 30+ minutes late may jeopardize your entry into the class or event.
