The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain targeted groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment. Your business can receive up to $9,600 per employee per year for hiring someone in these targeted groups. Learn more about how a large of a credit you can claim and how to claim it.
