What would your business look like if you gave yourself the gift of TIME to work ON your business? Time to focus on yourself as an owner, to fill yourself up and inspire a year of growth for your business?

In partnership with Botetourt County, we invite you to join us on January 24th and give yourself the gift of time to work on your business. We'll spend our time together setting the foundation for your best year of growth yet!

In this 1-hour workshop master class your hosts, the Roanoke Regional SBDC will reveal principles of successful planning and share tools to prepare your business for growth in 2023!

You will:

• Make decisions for the year that are aligned with your vision to grow your business
• Efficiently plan for your best year
• Create a profit plan for growth

This workshop is for small business owners with fewer than 50 employees in Botetourt County, Town of Buchanan, Town of Fincastle or Town of Troutville
