This session will show you how to use AI to define and track what “good” looks like in your business. You will learn how to set realistic benchmarks based on industry data, performance history, and goals—without needing a data team.

Participating in this session you will learn how to:

  • How to use AI to analyze your past performance
  • Identify key metrics for your business
  • Generate custom benchmark reports you can use to track progress
