Learn the basics every business owner should know. Who must make estimated payments, how to calculate them in real life, and how to avoid IRS penalties without draining your bank account.

Registration fees secure your seat for the event. Refunds are not available for no-shows. Access to workshop materials, resources, and the session recording is provided to registered participants who attend the session and complete the brief post-event survey launched during the workshop.

The City of Roanoke serves as our fiscal host. Workshop registration fees are processed through the City of Roanoke and directly support programming delivered by the Virginia SBDC, Greater Roanoke & NRV Regional Small Business Development Center. Charges will appear as such on your credit card statement.

The SBDC reserves the right to cancel a workshop, event, or program due to insufficient enrollment, weather emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a cancellation occurs, registered participants will be notified using the email provided at registration. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. If an event is canceled or postponed and you have not pre-registered, we may be unable to contact you.
