About this workshop

Technology can help child care providers spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focused on their programs, families, and staff. This session will introduce practical technology tools and strategies for digital organization, administrative efficiency, child care management software, and AI-supported communication.

Automation & Technology Concepts is Session 2 of the four-part Early Education Business Program series. Each session may be taken individually, so participants can attend the topics that best meet their business needs.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Organize and securely store important business documents and manage passwords
  • Use administrative tools to improve work organization and time efficiency
  • Identify key features and benefits of child care management software (CCMS)
  • Apply AI tools to improve emails, family updates, marketing content, and staff communication

Who should attend

This session is designed for child care center owners, directors, and early education business leaders who want to improve digital organization, administrative efficiency, and communication through practical technology tools.

Program Series

This workshop is part of the four-part Early Education Business Program series, designed to provide practical business education and support for early education professionals. Each class may be taken individually; participants do not need to attend the full series.

Registration cost: $10.00 per class.

Separate registration is required for each class.
