This workshop is designed for small business owners who are beginners or are not currently using social media to market their business. It will help business owners use social media effectively by navigating the many social media options available to them, determine which are the most useful for their businesses, set their social media marketing goals, and measure whether their goals are being met. This class will be offered virtually and all payments will need to be made online prior to the class in order to be sent the invitation to join the seminar. Topics covered: •Benefits of social media •Social media best practices •Creating a social media strategy •Managing and measuring social media marketing •Overview of the most popular social media tools
