Stacey Coolican is a former Senior Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant and over 20 years of Department of Defense experience including supporting Acquisition Category I (ACAT I) major weapons system programs such as: Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV), Amphibious Assault Vehicle Survivability Upgrade (AAV SU), Light Tactical Vehicles (LTV), and Global Combat Support Systems - Marine Corps (GCSS - MC). Experience in all facets and phases of Government contracting in both commercial and noncommercial supplies and services.
