SAP can be used to acquire goods and services with an acquisition between $10,000 and $250,000. Daryl has more than 30 years of contracting experience with comprehensive contract Life Cycle support in reviewing initial procurement packages for accuracy to contract closeout. Most recently, he worked with the diverse business community on contractual issues, providing training material for stakeholders and clients and instructing classes on contract regulatory compliance in the federal government. He created best practice mentor protégé program by combining governmental and commercial organizations. He also provided consultant support creating solicitation matrixes, market research, acquisition plans at the contracting offices for the various agencies.
