Simplified Acquisitions Procedures (SAP) improves opportunities for small companies to bid on federal contracts by reducing administrative costs, promoting efficiency and economy, and avoiding unnecessary burdens. SAP can be used to acquire goods and services with an acquisition between $10,000 and $250,000. This seminar will help you decide if SAP is right for your small government contracting business. • Learn how simplified acquisition procedures can help your company get started in federal contracting • Gain a better understanding of the federal government market place • Understand government set-asides • Develop a comprehensive strategy for being successful in the federal contracting area

Daryl has more than 30 years of contracting experience with comprehensive contract Life Cycle support in reviewing initial procurement packages for accuracy to contract closeout. Most recently, he worked with the diverse business community on contractual issues, providing training material for stakeholders and clients and instructing classes on contract regulatory compliance in the federal government. He created best practice mentor protégé program by combining governmental and commercial organizations. He also provided consultant support creating solicitation matrixes, market research, acquisition plans at the contracting offices for the various agencies.
