Launch Your Business Bootcamp

May

2021
Sat 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Online
Topic: Start-up Assistance

This eight-week intensive program is designed to accelerate the initial business planning process. It is created for individuals who have completed the First Steps to Starting a Business Seminar and are serious about starting their business. The program will provide a great opportunity to network with other people that are going through the startup phase.

We will meet once a week LIVE on Zoom on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. If you cannot attend the live session for a legitimate reason, let me know in advance. Attendance is crucial. We only meet once a week which means that we cover a lot of information in a short time frame. If you miss more than two sessions, you will be asked to discontinue the program.

You will have a “task” to complete EVERY week due by 11:59 p.m. on Sundays! This gives me time to review your work prior to each session on Tuesday. This is a fast-paced program, so you need to keep up with your weekly tasks.

Throughout the program, I will host virtual office hours so that you are able to meet with me to further refine your business concept. During our first meeting we can determine the best time to have the virtual office hours based on your schedule.

Takeaways:

  • Mission statement
  • Marketing plan
  • Business plan
  • Startup costs
  • Cash flow projections
  • Registration of your business entity

Prerequisite: Must attend first steps prior to the Bootcamp and cannot currently be in business. Deadline to apply is May 4, 2021.
