Wed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
8 sessions ending Wed, Nov 10
Online
Topic: Start-up Assistance

This eight-week intensive program is designed to accelerate the initial business planning process. It is created for individuals who have completed the First Steps to Starting a Business Seminar and are seeking funding for their business through a small business loan. The program will provide a great opportunity to network with other people that are going through the startup phase.

The dates and times for our weekly meetings will be on Wednesday's, September 22nd through November 10th from noon to 1pm. These meetings will be LIVE on Zoom. If you cannot attend the live session for a legitimate reason, let me know in advance. Attendance is crucial. We only meet once a week which means that we cover a lot of information in a short time frame. If you miss more than two sessions, you will be asked to discontinue the program.

You will have a “task” to complete each week due by 11:59 p.m. on Sundays. This gives me time to review your work prior to each session on Wednesday. This is a fast-paced program, so you need to keep up with your weekly tasks.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to meet with me in a one-on-one session to further refine your business concept. At our final meeting you will pitch your business to the group and receive feedback.

At the end of the program, you will have completed:

  • Mission statement
  • Marketing plan
  • Business plan
  • Startup costs
  • Cash flow projections
  • Registration of your business entity if you are ready

Prerequisite: Must attend the First Steps to Starting a Business Online Learning Module or Live Webinar prior to the Bootcamp and cannot currently be in business. Deadline to apply is September 17, 2021.
