Speaker(s): Jackie Davis, Executive Director Virginia Career Works Bay Consortium Region
Jackie Davis is the Executive Director for the Bay Consortium Workforce Development Board since January 2019. The Virginia Career Works Bay Consortium region includes greater Fredericksburg, Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula and the Eastern Shore. Jackie has been with the Bay Consortium Workforce Development Board since 2009. During her time there, she has served as the Fiscal and Program Manager, Compliance Monitor and worked with the program providers. Jackie’s education includes an Associate’s Degree from Rappahannock Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Old Dominion University.
