Gone are the days of having employees – you now have stakeholders and thus, you’ll want to learn how to become a coach for optimal employee engagement. During this course, you will be introduced to the modifications required to exact a coaching role, be provided statistics for ROI – utilizing coaching methodologies, and be given opportunities for shared learning with the group.
