Conflict Resolution
Wednesday, March 22, 2017 It is said that all problems are created from lack of communication….how much worse then when one does not possess the tools for good and thoughtful communication in the eye of the conflict. This course will demonstrate effective ways to resolve conflict while instilling confidence in participants’ communicative abilities.
