Learn how to position your small business to bid on contracts for goods and services with the Commonwealth of Virginia state agencies and other public entities which use eVA as their procurement portal to advertise solicitations and award the contracts. Ask the questions you’ve had, but didn’t know where to turn for the answers. Shake that old perception that the bureaucracy is too much to deal with, and learn some short cuts for finding new markets for the commodities your company provides.
