Winter is almost over and spring is just over the horizon which means the tourist season will be here before you know it! Now is the time to prepare and be ready for it! Since Louisa, VA is well positioned between three of the top tourist destinations in our area – Charlottesville, Richmond and Fredericksburg – the Central Virginia Small Business Development Center is proud to offer this free workshop at the Louisa Arts Center. Marc Willson of The Willson Group and Retail Consultant for the Virginia SBDC will show you how to create events, celebrations, anniversaries and promotions that please visitors and locals alike. He will also provide tips on generational marketing, best business practices and ideas for working with other businesses. The workshop will be taken from his Small Town and Merchant Program (STAMP).
