Optimal Business Habits (Lunch & Learn)

Do you want easier and more effective methods for managing your time, focus and finances?  Come to our first Lunch and Learn (BYOL*) of the year and take the stress out of your business resolutions for 2019!  This workshop is applicable for small to medium-sized businesses as well as any employee struggling to keep up! During this one-hour session, you will learn evidence-based methods to: ● Create helpful technology habits for email, calendars and cell phones ● Improve focus and the shift between the daily hustle and long term planning ● Apply mindfulness at work Please bring your business laptop or phone as this will be an active session. Instructor:  David Langner, M.A., The Habit Institute David’s instructions are grounded in neuroscience, psychology and contemplative traditions, and emphasize evidence-based habit formation techniques combined with mindfulness-based practices. David holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. He has founded two small businesses and brings 10 years of experience with project management, logistics, budgeting and operations.
