Join us as Adam Calli, Arc Human Capital founder and Principal Consultant, discusses all the ways the workplace needs to adapt to the changing post-coronavirus world, and what policies and implementations employers need to undertake for a safe, healthy, and happy reopening.

Mr. Calli is a 20 - plus year HR veteran.  His firm, Arc Human Capital, LLC, was started in 2015 and focuses on helping organizations benefit from modern HR best practices while meeting their compliance mandates.

Primarily focusing on small- to medium-size businesses, he enjoys seeing how well-run HR can have a positive, strategic impact on a company. When not consulting he’s an HR instructor for George Mason University’s Executive and Professional Education program and is one of only 41 active instructors nationwide for the Society for Human Resources Management. Adam is a veteran of the Navy Reserves, has 3 kids, 2 cats, 1 girlfriend, and is honored to be presenting for us!  Learn more about Calli and his business.
