Orange County Businesses: Are you ready to boost your business online and nail your digital communication plan?

Attend this Online Customer Engagement workshop to get help building (or rebuilding) your online marketing strategy. In this workshop, participants will learn about creating a strategy for web, email, and social media, and the tips and tools to make this plan more efficient.

Instructor:  Greg Dorazio, Central VA Small Business Development Center’s Business Communications Advisor 

Mr. Dorazio specializes in Communications Strategy, Content Marketing, and Optimized Workflow for Storytelling.  Greg has more than 15 years of experience in journalism, public relations, and small business communications. This presentation will help you better understand how to communicate with your customer and create a presence that efficiently builds audience over time.

Orange County Businesses:  Greg is also available from 11am - 2pm after the workshop for one-on-one consultations.  Sessions will be 45 minutes and scheduled on the hour.  Please email Lynda at events@cvsbdc.org to schedule an appointment.

During this time, Greg will work with interested businesses to assist with:

• Individualized communications plan development

• Set up or assessment of social media pages, newsletters, and other communication channels

• Review of primary topics for your own content production
