BET Session 3: Understanding Your Customers & Market

  • Is your business concept the right idea at the right time for your industry? Are your product features compelling enough to attract customers and inspire them to change their current habits?
  • Is your addressable market large enough to generate the revenue needed for a successful business? Do you truly understand what your customer cares about and how they perceive your offering?

In this workshop, we'll cover the theory and processes of "customer discovery" to help you gather valuable feedback on your offering. The goal is to find your product-market fit, understand what matters to your customers, and assess how your business stacks up in the market. We'll also discuss industry knowledge, identifying target customers, and the lean business model process.
