- Have you tapped into tools and resources to maximize your profits?
In this session, you will explore various business planning models and operational resources, helping you choose the right tools for your needs. The goal of this BET session is to select a business model planning method that enables you to effectively communicate your vision while building or assessing your business plan to ensure your company's health and security.
