Lisa is a UX Research Consultant/Founder at ServiceEase, where she helps businesses and non-profit organizations create online and offline experiences that don’t frustrate or harm people. Key services she offers include UX Audits, customer interviews, and usability testing.

Lisa’s background includes working with enterprises like Indeed and Genworth as well as small to midsize businesses.
