Topic: Managing a Business

If your business runs because you are always in the room - answering questions, re-explaining processes, putting out the same fires over and over - this workshop is for you.

SOPs: 101 is a practical, beginner-friendly workshop designed to help small business owners build simple systems that protect their time, improve consistency, and make growth possible. We will cover what a Standard Operating Procedure actually is (hint: it is not a 10-page corporate document), why even the smallest businesses benefit from having them, and exactly how to write your first one.

No prior experience with business documentation required. Just bring a task that lives in your head and is ready to get out of it.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are the only one who knows how certain things get done in your business
  • You have struggled to delegate, hire, or take time off without things falling apart
  • You want to grow but feel like your operations cannot keep up
  • You are starting fresh and want to build good habits from the beginning
