Using AI to Hire & Stay Compliant
In this hands-on session, small business owners will learn how to leverage AI tools to streamline the hiring process, create effective job descriptions, and make smart, compliant decisions when bringing on employees or contractors. We’ll cover key legal considerations around worker classification, wage laws, and required documentation specific to Virginia. By the end of the workshop, participants will walk away with a clear action plan for their next hire.
