Parking for the HIVE: The HIVE Small Business Resource Hub in Virginia Beach is located at 140 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Parking is easily accessed via the Red Garage in Town Center. Access to the Red Garage is off both Commerce Street (near the Westin) and Market Street (near Taste). The staircase facing Apex Entertainment/Columbus Street will exit at Columbus Street. Take a right on Columbus and the HIVE entrance will be at the corner of Columbus/Independence.
