Are you in sales? Are you the best salesperson you can be? Wish you were a top performer? Don Crawford, coauthor of Secrets of the Softer Side of Selling, will regale you with great stories of his sales triumphs....NOT! We will, however, do some role playing, engage in thought-provoking conversations and...OK, there will be a few stories of sales successes by you and Don. You will also learn how to get past IWTTIO and what it really means. These activities will illustrate the fundamentals of professional selling to help you develop your own successful process for winning more sales. We will all learn something, have a litte fun and maybe win a PRIZE.

Speaker(s): Don Crawford has over 40 years of professional selling experience with B2B technical products. He has sold technically complex processing equipment, safety products, custom-design metal work and more. Through the years, Don has analyzed what works for him in sales and what doesn't. He will share his simple system to increase sales.
