Topic: Cash Flow Management

This session topic is rescheduled for Feb 10, 2017. Please join us then! Ever wonder where your cash goes? At one time or another, every business does! Working Capital and Cash Flow are keys to the survivability of any company. Cash Flow means knowing and planning where your cash comes from, where it goes - and when. How can you get more working capital if your cash flow slows and stymies your growth? Just in time for New Year planning, in this session we'll look at these accounting functions from a conceptual view to see where cash flow blockages might occur and what alternatives exist to overcome your working capital needs. Presenter Terry Campbell is most recently the Managing Partner for Liquid Capital of Virginia, where he helped small- and medium-sized businesses manage their financial challenges. Terry has over 18 years’ experience in business management and operations, and prior to that had a 20-year career in the U.S. Army.
