Speaker(s): Presenter Cindy Dove has a background of 23 years in the healthcare field with responsibility for operations, sales, and marketing and a focus on hospice care and senior living. She is thrilled be a co-owner, along with her husband Wes, of Dove Development & Consulting and is an independent certified trainer, speaker, and coach with The John Maxwell Leadership Team. As a leadership expert and keynote speaker, Cindy works with companies that understand the value of leadership and staff development, quality relationships, and effective communication. She has also developed a series of approaches to honor time constraints of today's workforce. This includes leadership and staff development, one-on-one mentoring, lunch 'n learns, workshops, and mastermind group sessions.
