Fri 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Have you ever listened to a story that so grabbed your attention that you seemed to hang on every word? Or listened to a story that sparked a new idea for you to implement? Or by listening gave you the courage to step out of your rut and into a new beginning? That's what we want our Small Business Stories to be about! Each week we will have a theme and we'll ask each participant to bring to the meeting anything that comes to mind past or present around that theme. And we mean ANYTHING....whether it's business related or not. We want to hear your stories. The goal is to have some story or example spark a new idea for you, give you the courage to step into something you believe is right for your business or give you the confidence to continue on your current journey knowing that you're on the right path. Week one will focus on the word PIVOT: Bring to the Zoom meeting... 1. Examples of a business that has pivoted 2. Thoughts or responses that the word PIVOT conjures up in your mind 3. Articles that you've read about PIVOT that either inspired you, caused you to ask questions or impacted you in some way 4. Pictures of someone or of a business that has PIVOTED 5. Questions you have about the word PIVOT and how it might apply to your business 6. A time in your life when you pivoted (Why did you pivot? How did you pivot? What was the result of your pivot? If you had it to do all over again, are there things you would do differently?) 7. What areas of your business might need to PIVOT in the coming weeks and months? How does the thought of pivoting your business make you feel? What resources or knowledge do you think you'll need in order to PIVOT successfully? What does a successful pivot look like in your business?
