Leading Thru Crisis: Character in Crisis
Character is often revealed during a crisis as it puts a leader's ability to adapt to shifting circumstances on display. Adaptable leaders are able to turn adversity into advantage. In this session, we will discuss the need for adaptability and the way in which your mindset will affect the outcome.
