Leading Thru Crisis: Real Leadership in Crisis
During uncertain times leaders should show up early, show up with clarity, and show up with hope. In this session, we will discuss our varying perspectives of the term hope and how it impacts our response in a time of crisis. We will brainstorm the ways in which leaders are able to best support their team through visibility, honesty, and a clear sense of direction.
